Shopfitting: reception desks, feature walls, canteen and pause kitchens

Design, manufacture and install all the shopfiiting and joinery in the FNB areas of the building, that occupied 12 of the 31 floors.
This included: marble-clad reception desks, solid Maple feature walls with timber graphic overlays and acoustic backing fabric, HPL mail boxes and locker room cupboards, solid Maple benches, bike racks, melamine internet stations, pause area kitchens on each floor and the canteen and grab-and-go coffee shop on the top floor.
All materials and processes must support the Green Building Council of SA's five star greenstar rating once complete.
Three extensive solid Maple feature walls, up to 3m by 12m. Solid Maple overlays were used to create graphic elements (like a relief of Table Mountain). Acoustic backing fabric asisted in contolling the echoes in the large, stone clad public areas
Large reception desk clad in marble with LED lighting
Custom profiled HPL doors with ventilation and locking mechanisms in the locker room
8 pause areas with kitchen and vending machince facilities
Cupboards in IT server room
Cupboards and custom Surinno worktops at internet stations
Full canteen including servers and grab-and-go cafe with retractable Maple stacking doors
